Returns & Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products opened.

• However, if you are not satisfied with a product(s) and bring the same to our notice within 48 hrs of receiving the product(s), we will assist you in the best possible manner on a case-by-case basis.

• All claims for damages or expired products must be reported to customer service within 48 hrs of receiving the product.

• Once a return claim is accepted the same will be processed within 72 hours. Depending on the mode of payment used, banks and payment gateway will take up to 7-12 working days to credit the amount to your account.

• No returns of products or refunds including shall be accepted for products purchased under any promotions/discount vouchers / or during any promotional sale period.

• If the product returned is found to be without original packaging, price tags, seals and labels, the same would not be accepted and no refunds shall be made.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders once placed through www.maneathesalon.com cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be made once an order has been successfully under any circumstances.

• If you really wish to make changes to your order, please call our customer support at +91 91065 46969 as soon as possible and we will see how best to accommodate your request.

• We currently accept Online payments only. (Cash payments are optional)

• Payments are accepted through Credit cards, Debit cards ( MasterCard, Visa, Maestro, Rupay)

• Wallets - Freecharge, Ola Money, Oxigen, Airtel Money, PayZapp, PayTM, Google Pay, Amazon pay & PayU money wallet

• Alternately, you can pay through Net Banking or UPI transfers

Pricing Policy

• Product prices listed are at the current MRP, however, these are subject to change without advance notice.

• All prices on this website are processed in Indian Rupees.

• All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect at the time of shipping.

• Our products are liable for GST in India.
